With more than 35,000 square feet of space, Peninsula Wellness Center combines the exercise amenities of a complete fitness center with the clinical resources to ensure your well-being.

- Day use lockers are free if you bring your own lock

- Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and
4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
