About me: I discovered my love for fitness at a young age while active with sports and activities, such as track and ballet. I attended Oakland University, where I received my degree in wellness with a minor in exercise science. I pursued my personal training career in Northern Virginia, where I worked with clients whose fitness levels ranged from beginner to advanced. Now, I’m excited to continue my career here in Monterey where fitness, health, and wellness thrive.
Philosophy: Dr. Kenneth Cooper, the founding father of fitness, said it best: “Fitness is a journey, not a destination. It must be continued for the rest of your life.” I strive to change my clients’ lives; I want them to make fitness a lifestyle.
