About Me

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I came to the Monterey Peninsula to attend CSU Monterey Bay. I received my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with honors. An avid athlete from a young age, excelling at football, wrestling, and collegiate rugby, my passion for fitness started early on. In addition to being a personal trainer here at the Peninsula Wellness Center, I am also the strength and conditioning coach at CSU Monterey Bay. I develop and implement strength training routines, agility, running, and plyometric programs for all of the university’s athletic teams.  I implement steady, progressive, results-driven training routines for my personal training clients based on an assessment of their current abilities. I set out each day with passion to develop my abilities as a fitness professional and inspire my clients to push themselves to their fullest potential.
